  • Mental Health Mindset: A Back-to-School Webinar

    Strong Minds PA Event

    Join MANI for an evening of powerful storytelling, expert insight, and actionable strategies. The program includes a grounding somatic exercise, personal and interpersonal mental health tools, and guidance from a licensed counselor on navigating youth mental health crises. You'll also hear directly from high school and college students sharing their lived experiences, and learn about programs and resources available through NAMI Philadelphia and NAMI Main Line.

    This is an opportunity to reset and refocus for the school year ahead—whether you’re a student, parent, or community advocate, you’ll leave feeling more equipped and supported.
