The NEPA Youth-Led Leadership Conference is a youth-driven experience that brings together students, families, educators, and community leaders to celebrate the impact of youth voice and leadership across Northeastern Pennsylvania. At the heart of the event is the Youth Leadership Advisory Board (YLAB), where students design and lead service-learning projects addressing real community challenges.
